SWOP SIS is a community-shared virtual wardrobe for women. We aim to expand your network of sisters to swap clothes with – just like you would with your own family and friends.
Here’s how it works:
- Join a group in your area, university or workplace. You can also start a group of your own by reaching out to us here.
- When joining, you’ll be given some swop coins to spend on a wardrobe to start with. These coins will be your currency in the SWOP Sis shopping portal.
- You’ll be able to use your swop coins to mix and match across all sizes and types of items.
- You can list your pre-loved items for more swop coins where one item is equal to one swop coin.
- Pick up or drop off can be arranged from our chat feature. This is also a great way to expand your community group with other like-minded women.
- We also provide resources that will help you find your style and develop your confidence.
- You’ll be contributing to environmentally sustainable fashion. The more clothing swaps, the more our community can reduce its carbon waste and water footprint.
- You can also become a SWOP Sis Ambassador. You’ll have the opportunity to run your own group (or groups), manage your community’s content and directly work to empower women to have confidence in their style.
